Kill me
I cannot stand these spawns of hell. Its only been about a week since I started seeing them regularly but I have been having mysterious bumps for months now. I dont know what to do. I cant sleep in my bed but then they will spread. I dont know if Im in a light or bad infestation. I only see one to two a day but caught one on my door outside the room. Cuaght one climbing up to me in the living room now Im jn the basement. Every little hair follicale that moves makes me anxious, my hair moving makes me think theyre all over me. Not a unique post but this is horrible :( I have interceptors but they still get on my bed and are also outside of the bed, I have an encasement but I know they werent in there to begin with. I threw out my box spring but I guess that was pointless. I just wanna lay down in my bed without the fear of a disgusting organism crawling all iver me.
I am willing to hear any and all advice. I plan to wage a full on war on my bed with the steam cleaner and vaccum so I can at least keep them in my room. Only issue is I have pet birds so I cant use chemicals unless I move them out of the room.
