Need German language tutor,

I m a Doctor, currently doing house job in gov hospital of Punjab, Pakistan. I want to do residency training in Germany. I want to learn German language upto B2 level from scratch. I need a Pakistani German tutor with affordable price, who should be cooperative and adjust classes according to my duty hours. I want to complete A1 to B1 level at the end of this year.
