I hate how over commercialized this movie is
I love Nightmare Before Christmas as a movie, but that is atp a COMPLETELY separate thing from what Nightmare Before Christmas as a brand has become. Like literally, Jack and others has been plastered in EVERYTHING you can imagine to the point of insanity I can no longer associate all it's landfill filler merch with the beautiful movie it came from.
Jack is no longer part of the message of the movie, he's now the face of what money can do to a bran. He's in everything: underwear, kitchen supplies, food, school supplies, video games, bed stuff, make up.
