Na Kika

- Viscous adhesive: secretes an adhesive allowing them to climb onto opponents or drain them of their radiation if they're caught

- Regeneration: can regenerate any part of their body

- Camouflage: can change their skin's texture, color, and patterns for optimal hiding and stealth, they can even hide their radiation levels so they cannot be detected

- High intelligence: said to be one of the smartest titans on the Monarch database (perhaps smarter than Kong), one example is them playing dead at their outpost, tricking the detection system and allowing it to escape the facility

Titan X

- Strong tentacles: she has proven to be physically strong able to crush ships and even wrestle with Kong, they also have jagged teeth that could grip and tear flesh when caught

- Regeneration: can also rapidly regenerate any part of her body

- Durability: she has a tanky hide allowing her to immediately recover from Godzilla's tail whip and Kong's punches

- Sharp teeth: we see that Titan X has long sharp teeth that can cut into flesh with ease

While Titan X has shown to be able to hold her ground against some of the strongest titans in the verse, Na Kika has a lot more versatility when it comes to their arsenal of weapons. They could bypass her thick hide by draining her radiation and they wouldn't have to attack her at all when doing it. The only real challenge would be avoiding Titan X's large mouth as she could easily bit off Na Kika's limbs but there's a high chance that they could outsmart Titan X in combat and avoid that from happening. There's also the fact that Na Kika is bigger than Titan X, both in their tentacle length and overall size. It would be a close fight but overall Na Kika takes the crown of being the Monsterverse's self acclaimed kraken(even though we already have that one from the Kong anime series).
