What are these little red patches on one side of my face?
I’ve had these red irritated looking patch’s on my left side since puberty. My face isn’t irritated either, like it feels normal I don’t itch or anything. No matter what I do they don’t go away. On the other side of my face it’s relatively clear. I wash my face every morning and night and have been for years. I don’t even sleep on my left side. I am trans so I do shave with an electric razor and am currently going through laser hair removal (barely anything to shave). I used to think it was just ingrown hairs but since starting laser it’s only grown more apparent. Anyone know have any help?
