Hello! i'm working at a job that is required to have my hair tied (making sure it doesn't cover my face and all), and i want advice on a way to do so without damaging my hair.

i have pretty long hair and i've been using rubber band and a headband to do so, but i've heard that this is generally *NOT* adviced.

What would be some good (and easy if possible, but it's ok if not) ways to tie them without causing damage?

My job is a blue collar one, which involves alot of moving and carrying heavy stuff, if that matters for the decision

any help would be appreciated!
