Unbelievably bad support
It's legitimately shocking how bad this service is. Four months now we've been dealing with our Internet constantly cutting in and out, sometimes disconnecting for an hour at a time up to twice a day. I replaced the modem already, called support multiple times ("Rest assured you're speaking with a top help agent and I promise to address your issue!") for them to do nothing. I have schedule 4 separate onsite techs. Only one showed and while he did replace a splitter in the wall and his hands were sort of tied because my landlord put a padlock on the exterior splitter box, he didn't solve my issue.
Tech support is unconscionably bad. Virtually useless. I work from home so this is negatively impacting my job. You can't even file a complaint or see any kind of accountability.
I'm stuck with this garbage service for another month because my apartment complex will only allow Comcast connections, but I just bought a home not far away where there's fiber service for $70/mo, 2Gb up and down. I'm paying more than that for half the speed, assuming I even HAVE Internet because half the time I don't.
