Dictate is Broken
What happened to dictate? It used to be incredible a week or two ago. It's fucking useless now.
I asked it about the apparent bug, see transcribed dictation from a browser use of dictate below:

Of the ChatGPT subreddit. People with the same issue. If it's not all over the front page of it, then... There's something going on. Personally with my ChatGPT. or something. I don't know what.
It used to be able to transcribe everything i said perfectly. It was the best dictation text to speech id ever seen. Suddenly with the new 5.5 update it's trash. Breaking up sentences, missing entire portions of the sentence, throwing in Russian. WTF happened?
