I chose* not to have kids in my twenties, now in my thirties, and happily married. I won’t say I haven’t thought about having kids after I decided or whatever.. I mean both my partner and I randomly discuss if we should have a kid and laugh it off mostly. I had an intervention with my mom even before I got married on this decision and she now actually is fully supportive. My partners mom also is semi cool but both sides are slightly sad that they don’t have grand kids.. a few friends keep asking us to rethink our decision.. we usually smile and move on..
We are working towards financial stability .. traveling and mostly chilling and kind of glad we don’t have that parental pressure a lot of friends have.. how’s life for you guys?
