im looking for a way to make a working steering system for a small car we are trying to make with my friends. the best would be if i can 3d print it or buy it for not too expensive in europe(poland). when i searched online it showed how to make the wheel turn but not how can i make the system work

edit: i forgot to say that it will be powered by pedals connected to back wheels like in a bike i just need help with figuring out how to make a wheel turn using a steering wheel and not a steering bar like in bikes
