I’m 21 Male 130lbs, looking for tips on how to improve my routine.
I’m coming up on 7 months of using oral minoxidil with the specific goal of increasing body hair and I haven’t seen much results. Compared to photos a year before I started there’s barely a noticeable difference, only a slight bit more hair and faster hair growth.
I’ve started back to using topical once daily in the areas where I want to see more growth in addition to continuing to take a 2.5mg daily dose of oral minoxidil from RO.
My Questions:
-Are there any other supplements I could be using to make sure my body is getting the right nutrients for hair growth?
-Would taking a higher dose of oral minoxidil help with hair growth?
-How would I go about getting a higher dosage of minoxidil?
