So i don’t know I got comfortable making bags and shorts and thought hmm let me buy fabric and start making a dress. This was an absolute fail, the sleeves were too short so I had to add it on the side which look horrible and it just fits so awkward on my body and the fabric was 90$! I don’t want the fabric to go to waste but I truly don’t want this to be a dress anymore. I’m still a beginner so I’m unsure of how or even how to change directions with this. I was thinking either a top (but the sleeves are kind of ruined) or a skirt or linen pants. I’m also not quite sure how I would move around it since I’ve already cut out the fabric and everything would I have to undo it? Let me know what you guys think please! I really don’t want to waste the fabric

Hijabis based in Canada, where are you getting your modal hijabs from?? I used to get them from Klay since they have some nice variations in color and matching under caps but I found out they just out source from China….curious to what other options are available to hijabis in Canada since vela hijab is way too expensive and veiled is good I would just prefer matching under caps too if possible. Thanks for any help!!!

As the title says. I’m just curious if there are any hijabis that are wishing to be either a PT or OT. I’m currently en route to becoming a physio and I feel so alone. There’s no hijabis in my class and barely any Muslims girls. I’m worried that when I start working inshallah I’ll be looked down upon because of my hijab. Curious to see if there are any hijabis that are already in this profession and how they’re dealing with the nature of the job since it’s mostly physical labor where you’ll be touching people most of the time.

Thank you!!
