I have a dislocated hip and got my provisional license after declaring my disability to say I can only drive automatic car, I took my driving lessons and passed my test in an automatic car but the DVLA haven’t issued my full license yet as they’ve said they have to check it medically as I have a limb disability and they have to make sure I’m driving to the correct standards (even though I just passed my test… 🤦🏼♀️) - has anyone been in a similar situation? I rang today and they said there’s no timeframe for reviewing it, I’ve got a car on lease coming and my driving check code says provisional license with unclaimed test pass cat B so I don’t even know if I’ll be able to drive it when it’s delivered without the check code being a full license!!

Passed on the 15th, waiting excitedly for my license and checked the tracking and it’s been like this ever since, is that normal or should I call them? I had an issue about 4 years ago where I got a replacement provisional and they thought I was profoundly deaf (I’m not deaf at all) and it was delayed but then I ordered a new provisional in December with an updated address and it came within a week so idk
