Hi everyone,

I need to vent and, more importantly, understand if I’m the only one experiencing this perfect storm of glitches.

We all know reach in 2026 has been a nightmare so far, but since the beginning of April, it has completely tanked for me. However, I’ve noticed some specific technical issues that make me think it’s not just the algorithm, but the platform itself being broken:

-The Stuck Feed: When I scroll my personal feed, I keep seeing the same videos over and over again some are 2 or 3 weeks old. If I’m not seeing fresh content from others, I assume nobody is seeing mine. It’s like the discovery engine is frozen.

-Desktop Uploads are Broken: I literally cannot upload anything from a PC anymore. Whether I try through the Instagram Browser version or Meta Business Suite, the upload fails every single time. No scheduling, no direct posting nothing.

-Mobile Only Posting: I’m forced to upload everything from my phone. This is a huge bottleneck for my workflow, and I suspect that these desktop errors might be a symptom of a deeper indexing issue with my account or the servers in my region.

My question is: Do you think these technical bugs (especially the desktop upload failure) are directly tied to the reach collapse? It feels like if the platform can’t even handle a basic browser upload, it’s probably not distributing content correctly either.
Is anyone else unable to post from Desktop this month? And are you also seeing 3 week old videos in your fresh feed?

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing some weird technical issues over the last week and I wanted to check if anyone else is in the same boat.

Upload Glitches: I can no longer upload Reels via Instagram Web or Meta Business Suite. The loading bar just hangs forever or gives me a "wrong aspect ratio" error on files that are clearly 1080x1920. Currently, the only way I can post is through the mobile app.

Broken Algorithm/Feed: My personal feed is completely stuck. I keep seeing the same videos over and over again, some of them are weeks old. It feels like the fresh content isn't being pushed at all.

Are you guys experiencing this loop in your feed as well? Any workarounds for the desktop upload bug?

Hey guys,

I’ve been seeing a huge decline in views over the last 14 days on my sports/football account. Even when the quality of the video is higher, it feels like the content is barely reaching the FYP.

Is there a known glitch with the algorithm right now or are you guys seeing a change in how videos are being distributed? I’m also getting some "server errors" during uploads lately.

Would love to know if I'm the only one or if it's a platform-wide thing. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if any other marketers or agency owners have noticed a significant shift in organic reach over the last 14 days.

In my specific niche (Sports/Football), I’ve seen a consistent 60-70% drop in average views compared to early April. It feels like the "test phase" for new videos has become much more aggressive, or there's a glitch in how content is being indexed in the FYP.

Is anyone else seeing this across multiple accounts? Are we looking at a major algorithm recalibration or just a massive wave of technical bugs?

Would love to hear if your engagement rates are holding up or if you're pivoting your strategy.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been digging deep into the recent reach collapse (from 10k+ to a hard cap of 50-100 views) and I wanted to share some technical insights I found. Take this with a grain of salt, as it's based on my personal testing and data from sources like Jetfuel Agency, but it might explain why many of us are stuck.

1. The Andromeda Era (2026)

According to recent industry reports (Jetfuel Agency), Meta has fully rolled out Andromeda, a new AI-multimodal architecture. Unlike the old algo, this one is designed to "watch" your video frame-by-frame using Computer Vision. It’s a massive infrastructure shift that prioritizes Neural Ranking over traditional engagement.

2. The No Ads Red Flag

I noticed a weird glitch on my account: my IG feed has ZERO ads. I scrolled for 15 minutes and only saw Suggested Posts from massive verified accounts (sports teams, news outlets, etc.).

3. Why you only see Big accounts

When the AI (Andromeda) is unstable or fails to load specific ad data, it defaults to Safe Bets. It floods your feed with huge accounts that have millions of followers to ensure you don't close the app. This effectively shadow-blocks small and medium creators while the system recalibrates the new neural layers.

Is anyone else seeing the Zero Ads feed while their reach is dead?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed something very strange on my Instagram feed over the last few days and I want to know if it’s just me or a widespread issue.

Usually, I see an ad every 3-4 posts. Now, they have completely disappeared. Instead, my feed is 100% Suggested Posts from accounts I don't follow (mostly big verified accounts or viral content). I’ve scrolled for 10 minutes and literally saw zero sponsored content.

This is happening on both of my accounts.

Do you know anything by any chance?
