To anyone who has replaced the joysticks on their dualshock 2's, do you think it's something someone with no soldering experience can do fairly easily? Do you have a soldering kit you'd recommend? What about joystick replacements? I see a ton of options on AliExpress.
The PS2 is the ultimate nostalgia machine for us mid-30 year old millennials. That being said, I didn't wander too far outside of the sports game bubble besides GTA and ratchet and clank when I was a kid but I recently purchased a fat model PS2 and these are just a few games I was able to snag at my amazing local retro game shop.
I'm almost finished with r&c up your arsenal and I know I want to start on one of these games next but I'm so indecisive. Amy recommendations?
