Has anyone ever had an order insta-cancel and then just… vanish?

I tried to buy a game for collection using a voucher. The app says it's cancelled, but I’ve had zero emails and no refund on my balance. Even worse, the store staff said the voucher itself is now showing as cancelled. (Can see the number on my app order)

I’ve been a customer for a decade and never seen this. Any idea what’s going on?.

I have emailed wecare... Just thought I'd see what triggers this?
