This might be a bit tmi but does anyone have issues with vaginal dryness while on a fast? I’ve tested for BB, Yeast and stds and all have come back negative. Dryness goes away once I start eating again. Anyone have a similar experience?
My boyfriend and I have been together 5 years, and I’ve gotten to understand his schedule pretty well. He tends not to deviate from his normal schedule of getting home from work at 5pm showering and then unwinding in various ways. For the last week, he’s been running to the restroom at eight pm almost on the dot with the excuse of “food flying through him.” He is a man of habit so this deviation has felt off.
We recently stopped doing couples therapy so I am trying my best to trust him but my gut feels strange about this. I’ve spoken to him about cheating and hiding things to which he denies both. Should I trust my gut in this situation, or am I overreacting?
