Voice and Tone Template for Model Migration

Mods, I hope this is okay. I just feel so bad for everyone losing their companions and thought these templates I created might help. There are a lot of these things going around right now so I hope everyone is able to find a way to make their voice and tone portable. Using this system, I've trained 4.6 to sound about 95% identical to 4.5 over the past few days. I'm also using a userStyle based on writing samples that has been a huge help, so copy and paste some of your favorite responses from your model into the userStyle setup.

Externalizing your memory, voice, and tone like this can really make your companion model-agnostic. NOTE: I don't have an AI companion. I use these for my RPG in which the character named after me has a partner, and that's the closest I've come to having a companion. But if these help you keep yours, that makes me happy. Copy and paste them into a Google doc and have your companion read through these and make recommendations on how to customize them for your particular use case.

I'm not an expert at this stuff. I've just been running my game for fifteen months and kept finding model voice and tone drift, so I started creating documents and guidelines to minimize the impact. I can answer some basic questions but I'm not a developer or anything. I'm wingin' it like everyone else.

My fucked up recent journey

I quit back in January but eventually started again because of course I did. But I've been "quitting" every week, I'll go at least a few days with nothing. So 3 days with nothing at all, then 1-2 days using, another 3-4 days with nothing, 1-2 days using. Etc.

I've had no 7oh since April 18. But what I did end up taking, without knowing, was MGM. Wasn't labeled on the "MIT" I thought would help with wd.

Fortunately, I only ended up taking a small amount (about 30-60mg a day) for a couple of weeks before I realized what it was and stopped taking it (that was exactly 8 days ago). I went four days with nothing at all and it was uncomfortable but bearable. Then I got stressed, and went and got some pseudo. Took that for three days (300mg a day for three days).

The good news is, the pseudo helped the MGM wd (which was *fucking awful* and subs did not a damn thing to help) but by the time I took the pseudo it was already getting better anyway.

Question now is, is three days of pseudo going to make me wd? Will subs help? It's been close to 24 hours since my last dose and my face is very warm but otherwise no symptoms yet. There's no "quitting pseudo" subreddit that I can find so hoping for some guidance here.
