Am I being paranoid?

I just wanted to get some opinions on this situation and whether I should make an online report to the Queensland non-emergency line or if I'm just being paranoid.
So today at Helensvale station around 8:45pm, I was waiting to get picked up at the drop off zone where this young woman asked which direction I was going to, to which I said I was getting picked up. She said she needed to get to an address for a shift at 10pm and that she'd order an uber but didn't have money, and when I searched it up it seemed to be a residential address so I assumed she might be providing disability aid.
I was caught off guard, so I was kinda panicking about what to do and a bit wary of offering a stranger a ride or my contact details at night but I didn't want to leave her stranded in case she felt safe asking me (+ there were no more buses to that address until the next day) so I offered to order a ride to which she politely said was alright, but I asked if she was sure and she asked how much it was and I ordered a ride for her to the address.
When I told my mum about the situation she asked if it seemed like she grew up in Australia, and I told her I wasn't sure since she had a bit of an accent. She told me about how sometimes people or students get extorted by being made to work and having an account opened but they don't actually get paid so if she was new to Australia she might be a bit lost.
This made me worried for her and I started spiraling about what could be happening to her, but my mum said it might've been her first shift so she hasn't been paid, and when I rang the non-emergency line (131 444) they said that it's unlikely anything is happening and that she's probably is providing disability aid or lied about the shift and was just trying to get home, he sent me the link to make an online report in case I was still concerned. I'm also thinking that maybe she's unfamiliar with public transport or messed up the timings, but a small part of me is a little worried. Should I just make the report?
