Hello,

I am a master electrician and have been doing my trade for 10+ years now. I have come to realize that I would like to push my career path into teaching. I am also a certified CWB 4 position welder and assist in instructing a welding course in the evenings that is ran in the fall/spring.

Does anyone have some insights on how I can begin on this path? I understand I would have to go to school to get a degree, what do I need to look into? Would it require me being jobless while going to school? I already work for a school board as an electrician, does that help any?

Any information/insights are greatly appreciated.
