What if the Cold War was controlled by a hidden Syndicate?
A set of fictional Cold War-era operations maps imagining a 1950s world where an operator working for a hidden Syndicate expands its influence city by city.
The scenario starts in the United States, escalates into Europe, and eventually becomes a global network. Each light represents what is happening inside that city, from active operations to unrest, lockdowns, and special assignments.
Visually, I took inspiration from WWII and Cold War briefing rooms, wartime command centers, old intelligence offices, and films like Darkest Hour and The Imitation Game.
I wanted the maps to feel less like clean political atlases and more like classified briefing-room boards.
