Found it on a hike and my French speaking friend does not know what it says so I’m interested. Could someone translate it?

The one in the bag was hurt super bad and taken to a wildlife rescue by me and my friend. His name is Cesar. The one on my head is Percy and the one with a white head is Hamish-ish

I wanna start cataloguing some of the pigeons that I meet regularly by making prints of their feet with ink and putting it in my notebook. Does anybody know if ink will harm them at all or if there is anything specific that I would do to make sure it’s safe?
