Anyone willing to help with Maths & Reasoning coaching for UGC NET Paper 1? 😭

Hi everyone,

I missed the JRF cutoff by just 2 marks in my last attempt (210 score, cutoff was 212). My weakest area is Maths & Reasoning in paper 1

I’m trying to improve, but I can’t really afford expensive coaching right now. If anyone is already enrolled in a coaching course and is willing to share classes/materials/recordings or help me with resources, I’d genuinely be very grateful 🙏

I used to get anxiety attacks, and I think they might be coming back.

Lately, I’ve been feeling really low, with almost no energy. I sleep most of the day, feel anxious and sometimes even breathless without a clear reason. It’s starting to affect my daily life.

I also have PCOS, and my periods are delayed this month, which is making me stress even more. I’m not sure if this is anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalance, or a mix of everything.

Has anyone experienced anxiety attacks returning like this after a gap? What helped you manage them?

Also, if anyone knows affordable online therapy options in India, please share.

I’d really appreciate any advice or support.

I’ve been struggling with very low energy levels every day, and it’s honestly affecting my studies. I have PCOS and recently started taking inositol (40:1) and omega-3. I also make sure to get enough protein daily.

However, since starting these supplements, my periods have stopped. I used to get them regularly every month (though the flow was light), but now it’s been 37 days with no period.

I walk around 10–12k steps daily and do a little workout, but my energy levels are still very low. I’ve heard that inositol helps with PCOS, but I’m not seeing any improvement so far.

Could this be because of the supplements, or is something else going on? What should I do?please help me fix this!!!
