for quite a long period of time, i thought my random back stiffness in the morning was just because of bad sleep or long working hours at my office and recently it started getting worse like not waking up w energy instead i feel tired, slight lower back discomfort, and just a overall heavy feeling.

turns out my mattress was way too soft and ig it has zero support left. didn’t wanted to buy a new one so was looking for alternatives and came across frido’s mattress topper while going through some ergonomic recs and decided to try it out.

I’ve been using it for about a week now and honestly the difference is quite noticeable… it is pretty supportive for the spine srsly and doesn’t sink in randomly, plus my back also feels way more relaxed in the morning now. It’s actually kind of an easy fix instead of replacing the whole mattress
