Are there instances where nsfs are genuinely experiencing problems but pcc fucks them over without any downpes or excuses?

Is there anyway to fast forward pcc appointment? I can’t wait that long. My MO refuses to help me as well as my superiors. I already called the pcc hotline and they’re unwilling to help me as well. Will my parents calling help?
