Hi all, just had a dental check up (last one was 12 months ago). They’re suggested that the dental erosion at the back of my front teeth especially is starting to get severe.

Trying to work out what might be causing it so I can do something about it. So would appreciate any thoughts?

Dentist suggests it may be unknown acid reflux in my sleep, and potentially can test for this with a doctor. I do also drink a lot of coffee, including black coffee (twice a day approx)

Also is it worth getting preventive dental work done now to manage it better getting forward.

Landlord has just issued a section 13 for a rent increase from £2,100 to £2,400. Certain flats in same building are going for that, so no leg to stand on in terms of market price.

However they already increased the rent by £100 at our renewal in January. So with the new RRA now in place, I am correct in thinking they aren’t able to increase again within 52 weeks?

If so, do I simply just write back saying I reject the section 13 or anything else I should do?
