Hello everyone, I’m new to Reddit so I’m not great at this, but I need your help.
My husband is a blue collar worker. We works extremely hard at his day job being a heavy machinery mechanic, then comes home to work on cars in the garage.
My question is: what can I (33f) do for my husband (35m) to feel more supported and lighten the load a bit?
I know he likes to be left alone while he’s working which I do already. I only “bug” him to let him know food is ready. If I don’t feed that man, he will go all day without eating because he’s “in the zone”.
Also, he doesn’t tell me I’m bugging him or anything. He’s a very caring man and I love him so much!
I just want to do something special for him to show him a token of my gratitude. His birthday is this month so maybe I can give him a nice gift? We will be back in our hometown during that time so we will be with our families.
He’s a major car enthusiast and loves legos. He has many guitars he likes to play. Any help is much appreciated!
