Q key doesnt work when I click it but it does work as a shortcut key like win+q key. Same for win key.

When i press some other keys, q starts spamming.

Also, touchpad doesnt work sometimes. But when I press ctrl two times, the touchpad starts working for a few and then again fails. 9 months warranty left. Help me fix this
