Hi I realized xfinity over charged me for $177 for my device installment plan on my credit card statement. I fully paid off the phone and for 3 months they still kept charging me. When I called xfinity 12 days ago and explained they looked into it and apologized and said they will issue me a refund for $177. They said I should receive it in 3 to 7 days and it’s been way over that. I called today to see where my refund is and everyone I speak to is clueless overseas and saying they see the refund but isn’t processing it because it was charged for 24 months only and that they have been charging me for $60 for past 3 months. I have the charges on my credit card and on the xfinity app as well showing I have been charged double that for last 3 months…………. When I request a manager they refuse and ignore it. I have the recorded calls of the last phone call with xfinity of them apologizing and saying yes we see we over charged for $177 and processed the refund and then today this is the story I am getting when I ask where refund is.
