Hi guys, I sold a small amount of stocks last week and still I haven’t received any reply from the trade republic chat. What’s shady for me is that they have a very crooked long way for the user to access the help chat and if you do, you receive no reply. And the fact that they have spent marketing money in making ads for how well their customer support is but no email address for contacting them is just crazy and sus.
I am still waiting on a reply.
Did anyone have a similar experience? If so, how did you contact the team?
I am considering shifting to another option because imagine it was for a bigger amount I’d be effed.
