*some interpretation required

For real though I’ll be at least using this to store instructions and faction boards. 14 sections would have been better so I could put instructions etc separately but this is fine - no need to flip the box upside down to dump out the faction boards

Boat Builders + Marsh Map Flood Marker

The dark green flood markers intersect the river. So if I have Boat Builders, it’s a T-junction, right? I can start on top right clearing, go to the flood marker on its left, and treat the river there as a path, and get to the more central river clearing?

Flooded paths?

Quite confused about several things

Law says flooded clearings may include flooded paths.

Clearings linked by any number of non-flooded

paths in these clearings are adjacent.

Flooded paths are not linked

to the other paths

So that means a flooded clearing can have both flooded and non-flooded paths? What is it referring to by ‘these clearings’? How do I tell which path is flooded and which is not? If the clearings are like A — B — C and I cover B with a flood marker, are A and C then connected, or does it depend on whether it is a flooded or non-flooded path?

Edit: oh lol it’s simple. Just notice that the brown flood marker has a blocked-off path, always. That’s all it means. From there, just do the obvious and intuitive thing - it’s a path that can be traversed, unless it’s blocked off, in which case it only serves to divide forests

Interestingly, it seems to have been done purely to preserve the tactical benefit of moving along the river - the flooded paths are placed where they would make redundant a shortcut between two paths along the river

Many things happen ‘on your turn’, or ‘start of birdsong’. I want to check my understanding

The rule is that if multiple effects happen at the same time, the player gets to choose.

‘in birdsong’ and ‘on your turn’ cover the start of birdsong right? So I can freely interleave all three of these?

Examples: using Silver Tongue (once on your turn spend this on any one effect to treat a clearing as one you rule) is allowed for a dominance check at the ‘start of birdsong’ and shadow council (start of birdsong force a player to battle another) or hidden warrens (start of birdsong move from one clearing to a matching clearing) work as well?

An additional question: a governing assembly on a rat mob, at the first part of the rat’s turn (but after the start of birdsong) can be entreated and then removed by the rat’s mob right?

Edit: Let’s say I’m the frogs, and want to use Shadow Council to force the bats to attack me at the start of birdsong. Can I then entreat?
