I am an engineer, and I have built 10+ apps (gchat, slack, web, mobile), but everytime there is something missing and I feel so stuck at getting paid users. My apps are in both B2B and personal spaces. I see people around me getting paid for apps even before they build it. I am an introvert, no brand on linkedin at the moment, but I work at a FAANG company so I feel I do have the creds. I am genuinely looking for advice for engineer turned entrepreneurs, and how to get audience and paid users for my apps. I have tried to find mentors but then everyone is trying to sell some course. Would genuinely appreciate some real advice on how you got your first customers. no promotions or fluff please.
