Meta ads not spending budget
Hello! I am facing a problem that is making me lose my mind. For the past couple of weeks, for some reason Meta Ads are not spending the budget i have given. I have sent the money, no problem with payments, ads are green and active. BUT the impressions, reach, views, stay “ - -“ and spent budget stays at 0€, as if something is stuck in my meta platform.
I contacted the support and chatted with their bot, who also didn’t find any problems. It also suggested to make “fb app id” and convert it to my website. This seems strange, because a month ago my ads ran fine, budget was spent, clicks were achieved. All i want is to get more traffic on my website and sell some goddamn windows.
Sadly the bot will not transfer my issue to a human, so I’d like to try here. Is this a new thing? Has anybody else ran into the same problem?
