I currently have an unknown unsteady/ non spinning dizziness and have had it for 4 months. It started during a cold which I got blurry vision and this same dizziness. For months I was constantly looking up symptoms, fearing the worst, and just in a really bad mental state. Here recently I got blood work done which was normal, and started going to PT for my dizziness. I’ve been going for 2 weeks now. I haven’t gotten a diagnosis yet which has been driving me crazy because I just want to know what I have and stick to a treatment plan for what I might have. My dizziness tends to be triggered by getting out of bed and certain head movements like looking down etc… I usually feel good or almost normal when laying down, working, driving, playing, or sports. I did a Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) test and everything was above average for. There was one bar that was a little too far above average which was PREF and they said I might be relying on my vision too much.
