



50 day update. am i doing something wrong? i don’t notice a difference.
i made a post on here about 50 days ago, seeking for help/advice on getting into the gym & getting rid of my skinny-fat look;
(i believe i’ve been training for about 2-3 weeks at the time of the original post).
commenters told me to eat a hefty amount of protein & keep training.
well, it has now been 50 days. i consistently ate a high amount of protein, trained 3-5x/week, & averaged about 10k steps a day. but there’s an issue, i don’t see much improvement in my physique other than 10 lb extra strength on every exercise. is this good progress that i’ve made? am i being too impatient? or am i just chopped?
also, here’s some background info;
FIRST TWO IMAGES ARE 50 DAYS AGO & LAST TWO ARE CURRENT.
height: 5’11
weight: 204 lb.
age: 19 (not sure if age matters).
TLDR: just got into the gym a little while ago, first two photos are from 50 days ago, last two are from today, am i making good progress?
