Would it be worth it to upgrade from my 10700K rig to a build with a 9800X3D? I’m growing concerned that my 10700K is becoming incredibly obsolete at this point, but I game at 4K with a 5080 so I’m not sure of much bottlenecks since my GPU is doing almost all the heavy lifting. My 10700K is around 6 years old and been overclocked the entire time.

Would it be a waste of time and money to invest in a new mobo/CPU/Ram etc? I live in Australia and to source the parts myself would be close to $2000 and that’s if I don’t also decide to upgrade my 850w PSU and new CPU cooler.
