I was being treated with antidepressants and anxiolytics for almost 4 years now when I decided to stop and we are stopping very slowly with my psychiatrist directions. But I'm not gonna lie... I'm struggling a lot with the tapering symptoms... I have some days where I want to end myself because of all this pain I feel in my chest that I don't know how to explain. I desperately looking for something to cure my brain since regular medications don't seem to help...
