What is this clump?

Gordo tek. Is it ice or dmt? I did the reduction but is it possible some water was still in there?

Making me paranoid having a bottle of it lying around even if temporary….. it’s safe as long as it’s got a lid on properly, stored in a cool dark place right? No meaningful amount of fumes will escape?
