Pocket 4 neck

So I have just bought the pocket 4 and was trying to find out online whether this is normal. So I know the gimbal moves freely when powered off but when I store it in the case or my pocket I notice that the head twists at the arm motor (rotates) and I have to turn it back to lock it again.

Just to add I have the silicone cover with gimbal cap but it doesnt connect the head to the body. Is it normal for this to happen?
