I was just playing a game where one player openly admitted in chat that he was going to help the other player win, and the other player agreed. He was angry at the other guy and just didn't want him to win. Then, for the rest of the game, they traded at a 5:1 ratio, draining resources from one to the other. I’ve seen this a few times before, but never with players being so open about it and writing about it in the chat. This makes me wonder if this is even grounds for a ban and if the admins are doing anything about it?
