3rd Week on 1.0 -Finally working!!
I want to encourage everyone to hang in there and be patient. I started on 12/28/25 and am ramping up slowly. I am now on week 3 of 1.0. I started at 208 and am now 189. I just realized that I don’t eat as much-more than the “few bites” but not as much and definitely not seconds. I also don’t think about food as much at night which was a huge problem for me. Although I’ve lost weight along the way, it’s not falling off. I am fine with this progress. Please, please don’t be discouraged. This goes at a different pace for everyone. I gained weight on vacation then lost it when I got home. Hang in there everyone. You are better today than you were yesterday!
