Are we all tired at night right after the sun sets?

Im not sure if this is just me or its normal for part of having hashimoto.

I’m a stay at home mom of 1 and i do get overstimulated and tired and i literally feel like i need to be in bed as soon as it gets dark…

Winter is so bad since its already dark at 5pm, now that its spring its 6-7pm…

TSH is normal, im taking vit d supplement…
i havent checked any vit deficiency tho…

I have a very active 3yo son and was diagnosed with hashimoto 8months postpartum. And since giving birth, life is just so hard…

however, i love being a mom and we are considering to try for another child, but honestly, my mental and physical health is already at wits end… so much stress and anxiety which im trying to heal but im just in the cycle of being overwhelmed and overstimulated which flares up my symptoms.

My TSH is always on the normal range and im trying to lose weight as im still considered in an obese range.

I know having a second child will just add another stress to my body and another person to be anxious about, but how hard is too hard? 🫣
