Hey all, I use a 1:3.5-4 (10g:35-40ml) bean to water ratio for my brews in my aeropress, stir a few times a leave it for about a min, and add in almost equal quantity milk to the final extract.
The extract in itself is bitter but tastes how I like it after adding a bit of honey and milk.
Now my question is am I under extracting or over extracting my coffee? And any tips any of you have to better my process?
