Had a couple of weeks annual leave in March, do my d2d’s without fail every week. On a two man duty so often help my partner out and do most of their side too.
No d2d’s put in when I was away, put them all in but because they were sat there for a couple of weeks people in the office have dumped their excess or most of their boxes in trays under my frame.
Managers demanding I do them, even though I’ve explained that I’ve put them in already and some loops have had two lots of the same d2d’s. Union rep is on the frame next to me and he’s helped put in the three weeks worth by the time I came back.
Manager is coming round everyday morning and the afternoon demanding that we put them in. Any suggestions on what to do now? It’s infuriating, regular complaints on my round the last week moaning they’ve had the same leaflet twice.
Managers keep saying “We can’t send them back” but because they’ve been so slack with the rest of the office and not checking d2d control sheets, I’ve ended up getting someone else’s dumped on my frame.
