37 weeks pregnant HEDS subluxed rib, any ideas to help?

Hi! I have hypermobile Ehlers danklos and I think I subluxed my posterior rib (on the back). It happened after driving an hour one way, sitting in an appointment, and driving an hour back. Not sure how I can injure myself by literally sitting lol but it anyone has heds, you know it can happen LOL. It's a stabbing sharp pain similar to when I've had ribs out of place before.

Wondering, did a belly band help anyone with something like this? Im 37 weeks pregnant and so far have been barely making it, wearing an SI belt 24/7 since about 17 weeks along. Also struggling with Gerd so not sure I would even tolerate a. belly band. I think my growing belly has caused my ribs to flare out, maybe that's the reason for the subluxation. Pretty much just had to lay down all day yesterday, even walking hurts. If anyone has ideas, let me know!

Planning on mainly using in my living room to keep an eye on newborn while he naps and im working in kitchen. Of course they sell waterproof cover and sheets made specifically for the Remi (Lower and bassinet portion) but do I need them? They are $$$$$ of course!

anyone use non- name brand sheets that fit?
