Built in the 1940s, and unoccupied since 2009, the original house will be demolished.

I‘ve always wondered why this house has been sitting there unoccupied (and in need of TLC).

My word, there be a plague of rats around the Avon river, from the city centre, through the red zone. Also, by Cashmere, Heathcote River … everywhere really.

Have you noticed an increase in rat populations near you?
