I have a cable modem wifi router combo device, that I can not access the web GUI admin page. The device is a Motorola MG8702.

My ethernet connection works fine. I have factory reset the device using a small pin on the button on the back. Ipconfig shows the default gateway is 192.168.0.1

But when I put that address in I get . This site cannot be reached. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

There is a phone app called MotoSync+ to access admin page as well. You sync by scanning barcode on bottom of router. This also doesn't work.

Also of note I started this because my Xbox wasn't connecting but all other devices were. After I factory defaulted the device the xbox now connects.
