Mandatory "Resident Benefits Package" from agencies like Fulton Grace
First time looking at the rental market in a while and I'm grossed out to see many Fulton Grace listings featuring this benefits package fee. I don't see any rhyme or reason for what properties it's applied to. Does anyone have intel on when these started showing up? Who does this benefit? Not me. Just greed.
