I left my job due to my newborn and it’s been more than a year now. I’m in job market now and it seems extremely tough. One opening gets more than 100 applicants within an hour. I haven’t updated my profile yet, it’s still shown me present in my previous org. I’m afraid to update that, I think chances will be just 0 if my profile shows a carrier gap in this market. I’m from Business Intelligence ground and have almost 7 years of experience but showing gap in this market, I’m afraid. Even with my current profile I’m hardly getting any call.

Any suggestions or similar situation anyone else?
