I am ‘F 36’ and have a male co worker ‘M29’ I have been
I’m ‘F36’ and have a male coworker ‘M29’ that I’ve been interested in for about 9 months. Over time we’ve had flirtatious and sexual conversations, mostly talking about what each other likes, but not directly saying “me and you should do this.”
Recently I told him:
“But I see you just want to stay in the text messages.”
What I meant was that we talk/flirt, but it never really moves beyond texting.
Later I clarified what I meant and said:
“I had wanted to fwu but I was saying that you seemed like that not something you wanted that’s all I was saying.”
His response was:
“Yea I just wanna keep it cool.”
This is where I’m confused.
Does that sound like:
- He IS interested physically but wants things low pressure/no drama?
OR - He was agreeing that he doesn’t want that type of relationship with me?
I’m confused by the wording because it feels vague to me. How would y’all interpret that response?
